It's really easy to find this hotel, just a short walk from the train station. the location is great, close to the city center and there's a supermarket nearby. the rooms are spacious, clean, and well-decorated. the staff is friendly and helpful, providing maps and recommendations. the apartments have all the facilities you need, including a fully equipped kitchen and good WiFi.

Taking out the trash can be a bit inconvenient, but it's not a major issue.

We were impressed by their fully-automated service (electronic check-in, etc.)

The apartment was spacious and comfortable, which was perfect for our New Year's trip. the location was amazing, close to the city center and with easy access to public transportation. We also enjoyed the convenience of having a kitchenette in the apartment for our meals.

the check-in machine was out of order, and the receptionist did not seem interested in helping us.

Very convenient location near a wide range of amenities such as supermarkets and restaurants.The building and rooms are secure and the private parking space is safe to use. It felt more like we were in a rented flat/apartment than a hotel room as it has a medium sized refrigerator, conventional oven, electric stove top, cups, plates and utensils. The check-in for out of hours via a cash point/ATM machine on the side of the hotel was easy to use.

More so general information and not complaints... There was one roll of toilet paper when we arrived but it is not usual for them to give you more so you need buy/bring your own. There is no reception outside of normal business hours. You have to clean the hotel room yourself with equipment (broom, vaccuum, etc.) provided prior to 10am check-out...

We spent Christmas at this apartment building and it was a great experience. The location was perfect, within walking distance to all the shops, restaurants and supermarkets. The apartment was clean and spacious, with a well-equipped kitchen and comfortable bed. We also appreciated the free parking and friendly staff who gave us great recommendations for local activities.

The heating system wasn't the best and we often felt too hot or too cold in the apartment. there wasn't great ventilation in the room, which made the air feel a bit stale.

Günstige Lage - ungefähr 7 Minuten zu Fuß zur nächsten Straßenbahnhaltestelle. Grosszügige Wohnräume. Voll ausgestattete Küche. Sehr bequem und ruhig. Privat Parkplatz. Preis / Leitungsverhältnis stimmt.

Dusche Halterung sollte erneuert werden. Sonst war alles ok.

The WiFi-connection worked reliably and was very fast. I can warmly recommend staying here!

The staff has been wonderful: I had to change my booking 3 times, and every time they accomplished without problems. The automatic reception is great, the wifi is fast, the parking is large. I specially appreciated the folder of instructions and tips about the city, restaurants, the map: very useful.

I put 4/5 on confort just because I slept on the extra bed, and it wasn't so comfortable, so I opted to place the mattress on the floor (but maybe it's me, I love sleeping on harder beds). The other only minor weakness is that the shower is low, and I had to bend to have a shower (but again, i'm 1m 86cm, so probably it's just me again).

The lady at the reception spoke very English and German and was very flexible and helpful. She was very friendly and gave us good advice what to do. The apartment was nicely furnished in a modern way. You can easily walk to the city centre. They offer a locked parking lot next to the hotel.

La ubicación del hotel y que en la habitación estaba muy bien equipada como aparthotel.

Las instalaciones interiores son muy viejas. En nuestro apartamento, la habitación principal estaba encajonada en un ricón del comedro a modo de armario empotrado. La puerta era corredera y cabia la cama justa.
